Going on a journey of change together
...because change raises many questions. Why should I modify existing processes now? How much time will it cost me? Am I even ready for it? Are the current changes sufficient? This is exactly where I come in and, with my many years of experience, I have made it my mission to support medium-sized companies and international corporations in their transformation.
Stronger as a team
Transformation, digitalization, internationalization - big terms with a big impact. These tasks seem impossible to accomplish alone. Many factors influence their success, many factors are also ignored. Together with my clients, I take a structured and analytical approach without losing sight of the holistic goal. I take my enthusiasm for change, new technologies and the path to the international market with me every step of the way and shape the collaboration in such a way that my clients also internalize this passion for themselves.
Keep moving
For me, it was the experience of working for an international energy supplier that made me realize the potential. The potential for a turnaround, the potential for optimization, the potential for change. The topic of transformation, for example, in connection with the “energy transition”, my specialization, is overdue, something has to happen! That also means leaving your comfort zone and finding other ways of thinking - that's where I see my motivation. Sometimes there is simply a lack of a new perspective: Change is good and also important, and I like to motivate everyone who is ready for this journey with this thought.
Exploring the path into the future together
The Time Is Now - something has to happen now. Stay competitive, show your company that you are ready for the important step into the future and that you are drawing from the right sources. Take advantage of my know-how, my intercultural skills and my enthusiasm for the short-term and long-term goals in your change process.
