About me

Going on a journey of change together

...because change raises many questions. Why should I modify existing processes now? How much time will it cost me? Am I even ready for it? Are the current changes enough? This is exactly where my work begins, and with many years of experience I have made it my mission to accompany medium-sized companies and international corporations in their transformation.

Stronger as a team

Transformation, digitalisation, internationalisation - big buzzwords with a big impact. Alone, these tasks seem impossible to manage. Many factors influence their success, many factors are also overlooked. Together with my clients, I take a structured and analytical approach without losing sight of the overall goal. I take my enthusiasm for change, new technologies and the path to the international market with me every step of the way and shape the cooperation in such a way that my clients also embrace this passion for themselves.

Keep moving

For me, it was the experience of working for an international energy supplier that made me realise the potential. The potential for transformation, the potential for optimisation, the potential for change. The topic of transformation, for example, in connection with the "energy turnaround", my specialty, is overdue, something has to happen! That also means leaving one's comfort zone and finding other thought patterns - that's where I find my motivation. Sometimes there is simply a lack of a new way of looking at things: Change is good and also important, and I like to motivate everyone who is ready for this journey with this in mind.

On the 24th of May 2022, an article on "The challenge of introducing new systems for energy retailers" is published by Expelo Technology UK and Utility Week featuring an interview with me.

In August 2023 I had the opportunity to have a great conversation with Nico Bitzer - Co-Founder and CEO at Bots & People. The focus of our conversation was on the topic of change management processes in companies. In this context we talked about:
